Area 51 was made using Unity. It is a 2D Platformer game which was made by me from designing the level to coding. You play as an alien hunter that is working with Area 51. Alien Hunter has been sent to a planet and its mission is to capture all the aliens by jumping on their heads to bring them back to Area 51.Currently the game has 1 long level where at the start it makes the player ready slowly to get ready to get more enemies. The player can more left, right and jump. If jump on the enemy it will kill the enemy.

Game Design Document (GDD): Authored a GDD to plan the game's scope and mechanics before building.
Player Controller: Coded responsive 2D physics for walking and jumping.
Combat Systems: Programmed collision detection so players can defeat enemies by jumping on them.
Level Design: Built a long-form level focused on pacing, teaching the player safely before adding enemies.
Tutorials: Placed environmental signposts to teach controls naturally.
Asset Integration: Sourced, imported, and formatted downloaded 2D sprites and UI elements into a cohesive scene.
Game Loop & UI: Scripted the core loop, including health states, collectible tracking (gems/aliens), and menu navigation.
